Innovation Forum is an independent London-based company with decades of collective experience in sustainability events and publishing. We research, create, and facilitate debate-driven, focused events tackling the critical business sustainability challenges around the world.

Over the past few years we’ve created successful annual and regional events, including those focused on preventing deforestation, sustainable agriculture, human rights and modern slavery and industry specific conferences in sustainable apparel and sugar production.

The Responsible Sourcing and Ethical Trade Forum is an annual forum organised since 2014 under Business and Human Rights Forum and the Ethical Trade and Human Rights Forum, creating a meeting place for leading corporate brands to discuss and develop innovations on human rights policies.

This year is our 11th year running the Responsible Sourcing and Ethical Trade Forum and it comes at a critical moment in business and human rights. At this year’s conference, we’ll create our usual safe space for sharing experiences, mistakes and practical solutions, and we’ll ensure that we foster the disruptive conversation required to ensure this really is a turning point.

The forum covers topics following the industry trends and challenges as we focus on due diligence, responsible sourcing and supply chain transparency.

Focused content designed for action and practice – the focus of the agenda and event structure are designed to provide actionable tools and practical insights that you can then apply to your own company.

More time for genuine discussion –  the panel and networking sessions have been built to provide time for in-depth debate and meaningful exchange beyond introductions and superficial outlines of initiatives. 

The conference itself will attract 200 delegates representing corporates, NGOs, suppliers, traders, development agencies, investors, government bodies and other relevant organisations. Attendees will represent a broad range of the key stakeholders involved in responsible sourcing, procurement and ethical trade.

Delegates range from senior management up to CEO level, primarily from CSR, sustainability, supply chain, procurement, ethical trade, corporate affairs and corporate communication functions.

Your pass includes admission to the event on all conference days including food and beverages throughout the duration of the conference (refreshment breaks and lunch). This also includes any pre-event drinks and networking drinks as stated in the agenda. Please note pass sharing is not allowed. 

  

Innovation Forum does not cover any accommodation or transportation costs.

Upon payment you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration. This email will include a link to your receipt, a link to manage your booking, as well as your booking confirmation number. The project director Natasha will also send you a separate confirmation email with some further information on the event.

As per our Terms & Conditions, cancellations made within 14 days of the date of booking will be refunded, less a 25% administrative charge. If you cancel your registration thereafter, we will be obliged to charge the full fee. Please note, cancellations are not possible if the conference is within 30 days.  

Tickets are transferable to colleagues without charge. Please inform Natasha at natasha.bodnar@innovationforum.co.uk with any changes. 

 

Please note pass sharing is not allowed across the event days. 

Innovation Forum can provide registered delegates with visa invitation letters upon request. We can only provide an invitation letter after the conferences pass has been paid in full. Please note that we cannot expedite visa approval processes and recommend you seek advice from your embassy.
