With the EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) set to reshape corporate accountability, businesses must prepare for its wide-reaching implications.
This session will discuss how CSDDD and other emerging global regulations, such as the US Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act, the UK Modern Slavery Act, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, and the French Duty of Vigilance Law - are transforming supply chains and what legal adjustments companies must make to stay compliant across jurisdictions.
In the session we will ask get a legal take and ask an expert to share advise on:
What are the major compliance challenges businesses face under CSDDD and similar laws globally?
How can companies collaborate with peers on due diligence and remediation efforts?
How best to navigate different requirements
How can companies effectively integrate requirements into operations and long-term strategies?
