Nestlé income accelerator program: Annual Progress Report webinar

Join Nestlé and expert partners on 25th June for a virtual event exploring the progress, impact, and future of the Income Accelerator Program – designed to support cocoa-farming families and drive sustainable change.

In 2022, Nestlé launched the “Income Accelerator Program”, an innovative family-centred approach aimed at closing the living income gap and reducing child labour risks by encouraging changes in behaviour and rewarding positive practices – both within the home and on the farm. The program rewards cocoa-farming families for practices that benefit the environment and local community.

On Wednesday, 25th June 2025, Innovation Forum will host a virtual event in partnership with Nestlé to present the annual progress report of the Income Accelerator Program.

The event will provide an update on the program’s progress, key learnings so far, and actions to continue advancing.

Our panel of experts:

Oumou Diallo, senior advisor, impact economics, at KIT Institute, has assessed the impact of the program and will suggest ways in which Nestlé can develop the program further.
Faustin Menzan, one of the farmers participating in our income accelerator program in Côte d’Ivoire, will share his honest feedback and experience.
Charles Tellier, CEO of So-B-Green, who is implementing the program on the ground, will share his opinion and suggestions on what has worked and what could be improved.
Daan Wensing, CEO of IDH, leads the program’s advisory committee and will provide his industry perspective.
Nathan Bello, cocoa plan manager for the CWAR region at Nestlé.
Stéphane Detaille, global sustainability manager confectionery, Nestlé.
Tony Myers, editor of Cocoa Radar, will moderate the discussion.
