This session will focus on building long-term partnerships with farmers and cooperatives, with real-world examples of successful collaborations. We will discuss the challenges and need to build stronger, long lasting relationships along complex value chains and how this can be done through commercial and sustainability integration, building trust and loyalty with partners. This case study session will highlight the tensions and opportunities for using procurement as a lever for addressing the rising need for traceable and durable supply chains.
 
Supply chain risk and compliance: This track examines strategies to strengthen supply chain risk management and regulatory compliance. Sessions will assess methods and solutions that build supply chain resilience by ensuring that incoming legislation delivers the right impact on the ground.
